Is There a Difference Between Casual and Business Casual?

I think at our company, even when you go all the way up to like, the highest level of maybe the more creative teams that we have, they're still fairly casual. I know for sure that like, engineering teams are pretty consistently quite casual. The team that i'm on, it's not really like engineering. We're kind of within like, business operations kind of. But i will say, like, even though we're more casual, people definitely don't come into work like as casual as engineers. So i guess there's that kind of smaller range within the casual sphere.
