How to Draw a Lamp for Three Minutes Without Looking Down

Wendy McNaughton: Set a timer for three minutes okay and choose an object or a person can be either but let's just start with I don't know like a lamp look at your lamp you're going to draw that lamp for three minutes. What happens is it takes the pressure off of the expectation that a lamp is supposed to look like this thing you're looking at right.
