The Power of Nine
There's something called the Blue Zones and I'm not sure if any of the listeners would have heard of or if you've heard of it. A lot of it focuses around community, dining with one another, having kind of a wine down period before you go to bed. We're meant to be eating nine different fruit and vegetables a day but we don't say that because we're not actually hitting our five a day. Only 20% of us eat five or five five 5 a day. You can't just say, I've eaten five portions of tomatoes because I still want to count as one. So a really big part is trying to include diversity in your diet on any plant food
