How AI Can Affect Customer Service?
A lot of people that are outside of our space tend to see AI and MLs. Like, oh, it's replacing our jobs and it's going to completely automate us. We live a little bit in the middle where how can we design AI systems to augment people doing the work? For starters, you can make the work more interesting. You can try and sort of take away the pieces of the work that are routine or boring. And you can focus attention on the Pieces of the Work that are more interesting.
