China's Naval Base in the Solomon Islands Is a Source of Concern

There was a leak draft of a security agreement between china and the solomon islands. There's been long standing concern that this agreement includes a hidden, or not so hidden, provision for a people's liberation army naval base in thesolomon islands. But i think to understand why this is a feature of this agreement, i think we need to rehash what happened last year in theSolomon islands.
