Are You Trying to Find the Right Role or Environment?

I think working in intac it can be challenging no matter where you go. One of the reasons i stay in the profession and i seek leadership rolls that are visible, is to be that person like whos the woman at the table. But at what point does it become like sometimes i just wonder like, is is worth it? You know, at what cost to me and my health, or my no feelings of being being who i should be, or who i who i want to be?
