What to Look for in a First Property Deal

I would say probably look for a mom and pop place. I think more banks are going to be much more cautious in terms of exactly what kind of cash flow that property is bringing in. In terms of location, I for the same kind of deals. It's just bigger now. So I've always looked for drive, driveable locations within the hours from major booming towns.
