Is There Any Understanding as to Why This Is Different in Indifferent People?
High performing individuals are twice as high, twice as likely to haves and ten times more likely to have by polar disorder. And so what we're seeing is like a mix of skills or desire for resilience in a profession. So i think there really arts. There's both the biological component, there's the psychological and there's the environmental. I would say that employers should be proactive about how they deal with mental health issues - not just address them but also help people get better at it....
