How to Be Less Homophobic at Work

I think that um yeah it's so hard to tell from not being in your shoes. I would agree that if there is a way to be less hateful or less outwardly homophobic and more just like even if it's just you nodding your head in conversation and not outwardly speaking things or adding to it. Yeah the law is not that they have to be hateful and I get that they just don't want to raise any suspicions.
