The Crisis of Special Care

I don't think there's anybody more vulnerable than a child that has taken out of their family home or their parents are not able to look after them for whatever reason. And this is so awful, Jennifer Karam and me, because we talk about vulnerable people in society. But on the other hand- You're agreeing that it is a crisis. Well, do you want me to disagree and say that it isn't? I am not disagreeing. Of the six thousand children in care over the last three years, nearly 90% of those are with foster carers.
