Crypto offers a promise to cut out the middleman. But what about regulators? I asked SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce whether this technology can be built in a way that a regulator might be able to utilize it. And her answer was fantastic. Can we displace the regulator entirely and just rely on transparency on chain? It is important for regulators as they're thinking about what are the objectives, she said.
