You've mentioned in there a few times sort of the idea of mental fitness. Could you give some kind of examples of the sorts of things that you find helpful in terms of mental fitness? Yeah, it's one of my favourite rounds of the group. I did a session actually on Wednesday, been doing some stuff with Nivea for Men in Birmingham City Football Club and it was interesting to go around as 14 men sharing and everyone's was different. For me personally if my numbers are dropping towards the end of the day I like to sit and play guitar for half an hour that really lists my numbers or read I really like to read.
