Do You Know What Does Good Look Like?

Senior management sat down and saw that they needed to have some stuff in promote, prevent and respond. They went, what are we already doing that fits into these boxes? Are we doing some fruit bowls and yoga? So we'll stick that in the, in the promote. That to me is how that happened. And I think with something we've been missing for a very long time is it helps our profession understand what does good look like.
