CEOs are preparing for a recession and they do not think it will be short. More than half of the CEOs are considering workforce reduction to deal with a recession. A quarter of those CEOs said that they have already begun layoffs or planned to do so in the next 12 months. 90% of CEOs of mid-sized companies are concerned about a recession.
