The Importance of Values in Management Consulting

I followed the path of my best friend who was a year ahead of me and decided to do law because my father always said I was pretty good at arguing. And I moved from law, didn't MBA, was lucky to get a scholarship, a full scholarship to Melbourne Business School. That created the opportunity to go and work in entirely new careers that I had never heard of such as management consulting. So, right now I'm really in sales but I can tell you that no one would ever give me a job in sales if they looked at my resume,. which is why we believe that the resume should die Because it doesn't really reveal the potential of what people can do with their lives.
