What's the Target Rate of Calcium Overcorrection?

The target rate of sodium correction is typically going to be six mmi cs every 24 hours. If you overshoot and hit eight, that's probably ok. Most commonly it's cause we're not paying attention over 24 hours. It's generally that when the patients is normalizing that they over correct. So how do you prevent this from happening? And if it happens, what do you do?
