The Market Making of Cobras
In a france, the french were colonizing, they encountered this problem with very large sewer rats. And so people began opening up these cobra farms. So that's the sense in which untponership is his market making. Once the bounty is repealed, because the administratorsnize its failure, they see all these tailless rats scurrying. At that point, then the market making ontopors just release those rats back into the city. And now you you see a doubling of the rat population. We think it's an illustration of those sort of mecessian dynamics of intervention.
