Saudi Arabia - Is This a Reflection of Multiple?
I don't understand the rationale from the Saudis if they are in fact not trying to put distance between themselves and Washington that this deal would make sense at this time. I think right now, Saudi Arabia and other countries are trying to tell Washington that the unipolar moment is over. This is a multipolar system. It's fine to have good relationship with Washington and also try to pursue good relationship with Beijing.
