You Are the Miracle

If someone is listening to day and they're feeling some anxiety, theyre feeling like theyr drifting. What would your wise words of advice be to that listener? Well, first of all, i would say, just be still because when we resist, it persists. And then the other thing i want you to remember is this, you are the miracle. This already is the miracle every day. Everything youre living on a a ball in outer space that rotates. Get your mind around that. Start being grateful for what you have in your life, not what you don't have. You can do it.
