Zachary White is a career coach for engineering leadership and the host of the Happy Engineer Podcast. In this episode, Zach shared how engineers can become happier in their work and life through the lifestyle engineering approach. He discussed what lifestyle engineering entails, such as debunking the myth of work-life balance, getting out of comfort zone, mastering mindset, building our own blueprint, and doing less. Zach also opened up and shared his personal story of getting burned out and gave great insights on how we can manage burnout before it happens.
