How to Overcome Dogs on the Road
Don't always test don't over test estimates get you in the ballpark. It's really important to know the numbers But don't over obsess about the numbers and don't let the numbers take you back from doing a quality session. There's only so many times you can go hard and when you go hard you better be going hard. The one thing that drives me sort of well, I shouldn't say that I had an athlete one time That nearly took people out because they were so freaked out by the dog They forgot they were with other human beings and nearly ran people off a road.
