Don't Make the Performance the Barometer for Your Confidence

I was a really shy kid, like super, super uncomfortable and I became a huge theater choir or dance nerd. And one thing I want to advise is don't make the performance the barometer for your confidence because in the end you're gonna have fuck ups when you say a line on stage. Just let it be something that actually helps you become a more confident person. If you bomb, it's actually great because you will bomb as a performer. It literally happens to all of us."
