The Importance of Compromise in American History
Every generation is having to relitigate the Civil War and in perfect example like look at the Civil Rights Movement. In a war the fact that there are two opposing sides who cannot really agree or don't align on what the war is about is usually the reason you're fighting the war. And then I think when we look after the Civil War how many Confederate Memorials still exist today? Elliot: Most people would say this should be torn down but it does start to get complicated when you look at some of these memorials.
