How to Tickle Your Vagus Nerve

The vagus nerve is involved in sweating, speech and the gag reflex. A firm handshake can trigger these little sensors that stimulate it. There's a theory that Parkinson's starts in the gut and spreads from there via the vagus to the brain. Do you feel better after eating roast chicken?
