The Juilliard Pre-College violin quartet is 17-year-old Emily Gendron from Glastonbury, Connecticut. Maya Shankar was 15 when she played for the other student's music teacher and got accepted into a summer program at Juilliard. One day her teacher arranged for her to play for a famous violinist, a very famous violinist.
