How to Consolidate Your Processes
I was just like a chicken with a head cut off for too long trying to wear every hat and just dropping balls. Where I really saved myself from doing the day to day was documenting our processes. Now, as far as where my day to day is, nowadays, it's about a year ago, I hired a COO. He's taken over 90% of it. So now it's largely cells and growth where I'm pushing myself to be. It's just the evangelists of the company because that's where I enjoy.
