i know that in the jujitsu world we do a lot of skill swapping. And i think it's probably worth pointing out to that the psychotherapist or counsellor who is providing the service to you cannot actually train it. You can't have a true avoidance of conflict of interest if the anonymous reporting hot line personactually trains under you. That is not going to solve the problem. If you are a white belt or a black belt and you are a serapis, you cannot be providing these services in your organization.
