The Importance of Followership

Good leaders are oftentimes in the back and they're cheering everybody on. So learning how to follow deathly is an art, and we're not taught at medical school or our doctoral training. That sensibility comes with observing and listening, and taking your time when you get into a new position. And it can be a fluid, you know, a fluid sort of concept too, right? Some aspects you might decide you wanna be more passive follower, or conformist follower. But you really wanna recognize when you can be an exemplary follower, and that can really help you kind of shine and move things forward.
