Are You Aware of the Anthropology of Humans?

I wonder if people in power have an idea of the anthropology of humans and are they using it or not. I think a lot of them just follow basically game theory and they think all of their answers will be given to them by game theory dynamics. There's a certain anthropological assumption in your game theory dynamics that are very problematic so no I think I think part of the horror is we've actually moved from eros to rulers you're always going to have problems.
