The Hopeless Journey
The hope, hopeless journey that I think we go through back and forth as we live. And sometimes I work with people around change and transitionally use the work of Elizabeth Kubler-Ross who developed a grief cycle. As we move through that we might find ourselves energetically coming lower and hitting a place that feels sad and flat. The meaning of that hopeless is what generates the sense of where we go next. We often forget to include our bodies in this evolutionary process. In place of meditation I ask my body what it needs what does it want today.
