What's the Point of a Crisis Actor on YouTube?

The number one trending video on YouTube was David Hogg the actor less than a week after last year's mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. In February of 2019, YouTuber Matt Watson put together a video exposing how rings of pedophiles had infested the comment sections for various videos featuring small children and use them to communicate and trade child porn. The company released a statement to their worried advertisers informing them that they had blanket banned comments for millions of videos.
