Make good eye contact while you're listening lean forward to show interest especially in a job interview nod move your head up and down and nod say things like uh-huh mm-hmm or repeat the last bit of the sentence. The most important thing is to just listen just listen and then respond to what you're hearing be very active listeners it's probably the best advice I've ever been given.
