The Importance of Sleeping Well

Seven and a half to eight hours is probably the ideal amount of sleep for the vast majority of humans. Sleeping less than six hours versus sleeping eight hours a night leads to at least a two times increased risk of almost every chronic illness. A single night of sleep deprivation will lead to an NK cell activity that's about 70% of your normal baseline so 30% reduction in your immune system.
