How to Use the Neure Cycle in Your Life

In the midst of an argument and you both still have seriously high emotions, do that breathing for three seconds, out for seven seconds. Do that six toer six to nine times. If that's not enough, move away from each other. Get your stress working for you, ard not against you. Once you've managed to calm down, it's always a good thing to readdress the issues and problems. There's no set standard, but readdressing can help to form healthy conversations and create compromises or boundaries that could prevent further fighting.
