Richard: I think that I am able to design a website which is liked by many people. On the other hand, of course, there is always space to improve. Richard: My clients appreciate that I am pretty fast in responses because I am on Slack with some of my clients. The beauty about nowadays with different time zones is like if you're working as a white label partner with like a agency from California, for example, you're not going to overlap during the same business hours.
