In some ways it's even worse because human language is incredibly nuanced. And you have the ability to say the same thing in so many different ways. So if you're trying to look for certain keywords, like if somebody mentions the following keywords, then you're not supposed to give it a response. That's not going to work at all because there are all kinds of other words that people can use to imply the same thing. I mean, you don't really know the new horrible thing until it's been done. Then you can stop it from doing that and then someone will find another one.
