Reed Hastings - Is He Going to Step Down?

I was not that surprised. I thought maybe Ted would get the job solo. He told you in your interview, I probably would not have thought about this a couple of years ago. And then the way Netflix does things, he's now got a co-CEO. But I think that Reed is one of those guys who sees a third chapter. The company was on relatively sound footing for the last year or so. It's been a lot of turmoil. This allows him to sort of still be involved at Netflix but not have to be there all the time.
