The Value of Spin-Offs
Joel: I noticed in the past you've been quite interested in the spin-off as a concept and as a structure that can offer some value to investors. My final UK related question is about spin-offs of which we've had a couple in recent years from GSK and Melrose coming up soon in the domestic market. There aren't very many Warren Buffetts, but conglomerates can be great, too, if they have someone at the top who is really good at capital allocators.
