We were looking for the people that said, you know, at like, i'm looking for a career. We want our guys to grow, like, we want them to grow with us. And so one of his big, big goals was that he wanted to buy three doors this year. He wanted three, wanted to pick up three rennel properties, three doors. So it's awesome, rob. Nobody likes cold calling. Even just the thought of cold calling is enough to make seasoned real estate investors start to sweat. The waiting, debating, and constant rejection can get to anyone.
