I think the coach and me can't help it, like pipeing on this a little bit. The vast majority of people start easing up three weeks ahead before magr race. Some peoplele do it three weeks, then some people do it two weeks. And i think people are sissies now, from the standpoint they ease up too soon. I need about 60 scond clip of david horton motivating me every day that i feel a little bit weaka,. Do you want it? Boy? I need to hear that. It makes me use but i'll do it. That's the other thing i'm much, much better now at teaching, as well as helping runners
