The Next Generation of Smarter Systems

i didn't realize when we did social media it would also be used to manipulate elections and manipulate people through falsehoods and misinformation. When this next generation of much smarter systems come along, we'd better have a notion of what their ethics are. This is an experiment in human existence that we running that we've never run before. We've never had a technology that was both imprecise, dynamic, emergent, rand learning. It's learning while your lower is using it. That sounds better than a killer robot, absolutely.
