Germany's shock advances slicing through northern France like a hot knife through butter. Part of the army pushes on to Paris, another races to the channel to cut off the British expeditionary force. The Low Country's valuable ports will also provide a springboard should Hitler need to invade Britain. Both Belgium and the Netherlands are officially neutral, but their even-handedness is counted for nothing.
