I was just curious if there was any insight you can provide regarding the addictive nature of some of these apps and some of these games that we should be mindful of. You probably might overuse it a lot, but that's very different from actually being addicted, which is really quite serious. This provides a reward for us in our brains and it makes us want to keep going because we know at some other point we're going to come across another TikTok video that's hilarious. It's the hardest behavior to stop randomly reinforced schedules. But when it's an interval that's random, it's very difficult.
