The Role of ABF Fluid Boluses in Peri-Inipation Collapse
The feast trial was a game changer whereby a colleague clearly identified the adverse effects of bolus administration to maximally compensated peri-brile children. The volume of fluid that you tried to improve cardiac would didn't occur, and the collapse was worse. That's a very important positive result. And if you take that further, given the excellent hypothesis generation, the development of the subgroup analysis and all those things, I think what you've done in your trial is provided new information that was seriously questioned the use of an ABF in this context to critical patients. Thank you.
