A lot of people are like oh they're born with a good body. Having a nice body shows you are extremely disciplined, he says. People that look good and just have good genetics don't put in as much work to maintain their bodies because it's not an effort for them. He wants to write a book on misplaced confidence which will probably be called "The harsh truth"
