Do You Really Need to Count Your Calories on the Low Fat Vegan Diet?

The low fat vegan diet doesn't require the patient to count their calories. Instead you go on a plant-based diet. All plants have fiber in their natural state. Fiber has no calories. So it sort of just dilutes the calories you're eating. It's funny you end up eating a diet that's really a whole lot healthier than it was before.
