Suzette: I think it's really valuable to look at anyone for whom that system was not built is going to have a very interesting perspective on it. She says the notion of like an industrial sense of time in which you, you're working and then you turn it off at appropriate times can be pretty unforgiving if people are disabled. Suzette: Sarah Hendrin talks about how her son who has Down syndrome gave her that perspective.
