How to Set a Results-Based Goal

It's really easy with these types of annual or quarterly goals to weigh yourself down with the results-based goal that is a binary thing when we are humans and nothing is binary for a human. So I'm trying to figure out a cycle where I have built-in time blocks to do all the production stuff for my podcast obligations, the labs obligations, but then also build blocks in there to work on the field guides as well. And so that is more of a goal for the next quarter. Having a system where it's built in makes it a lot easier.
