Even believing that you've been experiencing trauma in your daily life is become kind of a concept. I think it's interesting and important to really cover what trauma is and the multifaceted layers of trauma. Trauma is when it is consistent and you're starting to avoid things in your life because it brings up this trauma. If you're triggered by everything, you need to go to therapy, work on it. It's not everyone else's responsibility to like walk on eggshells because you've experienced shit like it.
