In the rows you have the offense level the seriousness of the offense that the defendant is being convicted of which can range from serious level 1 to 43. Then in the columns you have a criminal history so what you know prior acts by the person who's been convicted and that ranges from Roman numeral 1 to Roman numeral 6 about the seriousness of their criminal history.
